Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities? Implement sales strategies and operations for each area to achieve and boost sales targets. Analyze and predict sales and investment costs based on area-specific conditions to maximize sales performance. Collaborate with the team to align sales strategy and planning for optimal performance. Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations. Monitor sales projects to ensure they adhere to timelines and run efficiently. Supervise and evaluate sales operations, including stock management, promotions, daily sales, and more, to maintain operational excellence. Oversee monthly incentives and validate costs, as well as manage receivable accounts and billing. Prepare reports and Monthly Business Planning (MBP) to review area performance with leaders.

Does it match your criteria? Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of the Skincare Industry or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). Skills in data analysis, market research, selling, supply chain management, and product knowledge.
