Packaging Materials Planning Lead - End-to-End

Job Description

Develop and execute packaging material plans in line with demand and production forecasts.

Create packaging material plans aligned with production forecasts.

Work closely with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor supplier lead times, MOQ, and shelf-life risks.

Manage inventory levels and minimize obsolescence, especially for printed and promotional SKUs.

Coordinate with marketing and NPD (new product development) on packaging launches.

Serve as the end-to-end owner for packaging material availability.
