The Mission
Elite Star is entering its 10th year of excellence. We are scaling our \"Digital-First\" platform to serve thousands of students targeting top-tier global universities. We need a creative powerhouse to own our visual identity on
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube , turning our 10 years of expertise into viral, high-converting content.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Production:
Script, film, and edit high-impact short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form (YouTube) videos that simplify complex university admissions.
Platform Mastery:
Manage the daily growth and engagement of our IG, TikTok, and YouTube channels. You don't just post; you understand the algorithms.
The \"Elite\" Aesthetic:
Maintain a premium, trustworthy brand voice. Our content must appeal to high-net-worth parents and ambitious students alike.
Performance Creative:
Collaborate with the Growth Lead to create \"Ads that don't look like ads\"—driving leads for our Canada, UK, and US packages.
Trend Harvesting:
Stay ahead of education and social media trends (e.g., AI in admissions, study-vlogs) to keep Elite Star at the center of the conversation.
Requirements & Experience
Experience:
3–5 years in Digital Marketing or Content Creation (EdTech or Luxury Brand experience is a massive plus).
Portfolio:
A proven track record of growing accounts on TikTok/IG and a portfolio showing high-level editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
Storytelling:
Ability to take \"dry\" information (visa rules, SAT prep) and turn it into a compelling 60-second hook.
Directing:
Comfortable directing the CEO and Counselors on camera to get the best performance.
Language:
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (since you'll be working with US-based tutors and global materials).
