Role Overview As a Homecare Doctor, you will provide medical care through home visits, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment for patients outside traditional clinical settings. Responsibilities Conduct medical assessments and physical examinations during home visits Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform medical procedures appropriate for homecare setting Create treatment plans, prescriptions, and medical documentation via EMR Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and operations team Provide patient and family education Ensure clinical quality, safety, and proper documentation Participate in teleconsultation when required

Requirements Medical Doctor (S.Ked + Profesi Dokter) Active STR and valid SIP (or willing to process SIP) Comfortable with home visits and mobile care delivery Good clinical judgement and communication skills Able to use EMR / digital tools (important) Own vehicle is preferred Willing to travel within coverage area Having experience in homecare, primary care, or emergency care is an advantage. Able to perform basic procedures (IV, catheter, wound care supervision, etc.)
