Your ‘day To Day’ People engagement work is focused on promoting a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement including:

Implementing measures to increase employee engagement and advocacy (e.g. employee listening initiatives, wellbeing initiatives, diversity & inclusion programs, etc.) as enablers for sustainable high performance.

HR-specific communications (e.g. organizational change announcements, business strategy updates, culture initiatives)

Responsible for the design and adoption of programs that foster and transform the employee experience

Measure and assess the impact of organization's policies and processes on the employee experience

Develop and coordinate the local I&D strategy to drive the global I&D agenda and deploy/coordinate initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)

Minimum 3 years of related experience

Good and effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Good stakeholder managerment skills

Experience in project management

Strong proficiency in using Excel and Power Point
