PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES), is one of subsidiary of Medco Power Indonesia (MPI) based in North Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is looking for professionals with the following qualifications:

Job Description : Conduct comprehensive

medical checkups and health assessments

for employees. Deliver

preventive, promotive, and curative medical services . Identify and assess

occupational health risks

and potential workplace hazards. Administer

first aid and emergency medical treatments

as needed. Oversee and manage

on-site health facilities , including first aid posts and clinics. Lead the implementation of

Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (OHIH)

programs. Collaborate closely on

health-related compliance and quality assurance

activities. Provide medical leadership and support across

multidisciplinary teams . Prepare reports and contribute to the

continuous improvement of OHIH management systems .

Requirements : Medical degree

(Bachelor’s minimum, doctoral studies preferred). Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) . Certified in

Hyperkes (Occupational Health Certification) . Minimum of 1

years of experience

in industrial or occupational health settings. Strong

interpersonal, and collaboration skills . High attention to detail and commitment to

medical accuracy and workplace safety . Good understanding of

first aid procedures and emergency response protocols . Willing to relocate to Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi, Indonesia (Local Talent is highly welcomed) Willing to Work Under No Roster Working Schedule
