Position Title: Personal Assistant to CEO (Mandarin)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO in managing executive, administrative, household, and logistical matters. This position requires fluency in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian, along with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Coordinate domestic & international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries).
Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Handle administrative matters with external parties, including vendors, partners, and service providers.
Oversee household staff and support personal/family‑related tasks when needed.
Maintain accurate records, budgets, and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Respond quickly to urgent matters, last‑minute requests, and unexpected changes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C‑level executives or high‑profile individuals.
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written); Indonesian proficiency required.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office & mobile applications.
Trustworthy, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel.
