Client: A Well-known Leading Chinese Automotive Brand

Location: North Jakarta

Key Focus: KPI Management & Performance Evaluation

Job Description We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a renowned Chinese Automotive OEM, for a dedicated Human Capital professional to support their growing operations in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting and reviewing employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with company goals.

Monitor and evaluate employee KPI results on a regular basis.

Prepare KPI reports and analysis to support management decision-making.

Maintain accurate and updated employee performance data.

Coordinate with supervisors and departments to ensure timely KPI submissions and reviews.

Support HR initiatives related to performance improvement and employee development.

Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3โ€“4 years of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or KPI monitoring.

Proficient in English (verbal and written) is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

Strong understanding of KPI setting and performance evaluation processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts).

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
