Photographer & Videographer
Bachelor's in Visual Communication/Design/Multimedia (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in videography/lighting, photo prepro/editing portfolio.
Adobe CC (Premiere, DaVinci, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless, gear and lighting setups
Strong eye for composition, typography, and color; detail-oriented, fast, and solution-driven.
Able to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast pace.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Produce: End-to-end shoots (prepro > shoot > edit); select/trim/sequence; sync sound; basic motion graphics.
Look & Feel: Color correction/grading for a consistent, cinematic tone; strong framing/lighting.
Platform Priority: On-site (assets for feed, TikTok, YouTube ads, and e-commerce).
Story & Collab: Co-concept with Marketing/Creative; turn briefs into visual narratives.
Ops: Maintain organized archives (raw, edits, assets); juggle multiple projects and timelines.
Trends: Stay current on editing styles, social formats, and visual culture.
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo/video that translate brand strategy into clear, on-brand stories across marketing, product, and branding.
Content Creator TikTok
1 - 3 years creating/editing TikTok for premium lifestyle/fashion/homewear; strong portfolio.
On-camera presence; strong storytelling and copy in Bahasa (workable English).
Fluency in TikTok native tools (CapCut basic, Premiere basic).
Trend-savvy (TikTok Creative Center), TikTok SEO; organized, fast, detail-oriented; end-to-end self-producer.
Collaborative with Marketing, Social, and Design; data-driven iteration.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Ideation & Scripting: Convert briefs/content calendars into hooks, angles, and short scripts; follow trends without losing brand voice.
Production: Shoot TikTok-native video (sam/POV/UGC, product demos, tutorials, BTS); manage sound, lighting, framing; add captions/subtitles.
Editing & Publishing: Edit fast (CapCut/Premiere); optimize first s, pacing, keywords/hashtags/sounds; publish with CTA, tags properly, link to UTM with the scheduler.
Community & Collabs: Use stitches/duet/reply-with video; coordinate micro-creators/KOL on brief and deliverables.
Performance: Track hook rate, watch time, completion, saves/shares, CTR; propose weekly learnings and A/B tests.
Create high-performing, native TikToks that turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping stories driving awareness, engagement, and conversion for the Indonesia market, aligned with Marketing & Campaign and Social Media plans.
Social Media Manager
4+ years managing social & digital strategy; Bachelor's preferred.
Strong grasp of IG/TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices; platform-savvy (FB, YouTube).
Excellent English writing/communication; sharp design sense and basic design principles.
Leadership & Team Management skills.
Community management experience; literacy in SEO, web traffic, and social KPIs.
Highly organized, deadline-driven; independent yet collaborative; adaptable.
Self-driven, strong critical thinking & problem solving.
Proficient in Google Slides.
Technical & Creative Skills
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Content: Produce IG posts/stories/Reels & TikTok; write on-brand captions for urban professionals and Gen Z audiences, and style-conscious Millennial/Gen Z; collaborate with creators/designers.
Strategy & Calendar: Own the cross-brand content calendar; balance product, UGC, lifestyle, and campaigns; track trends & align with special drop, promos, and events.
Community & KOL: Monitor daily; reply to comments/DMs; identify/manage influencers and micro-influencers; surface community insights.
Publishing & Analytics: Schedule posts; track reach, engagement, CTR, conversion; deliver monthly reports with clear actions.
Campaigns: Develop integrated campaigns (social, influencers, content, experiential); brief and co-create assets with creative teams.
Cross-Functional: Sync with product, design, and ops; feed market/consumer input into product roadmaps.
Build and scale our social ecosystem. Plan, produce, and manage content. Keep brand voice consistent. Use data to improve performance.
