Mechanical Electric & Maintenance Manager - Poultry Breeding PT South Pacific Viscose Purwakarta, West Java, ID Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the engineering department. Provide technical guidance and review designs, processes, and solutions. Preparing the annual budget and reporting performance. Prepare and deliver periodic engineering performance reports. Ensure all engineering activity complies with safety regulations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of engineering experience; background in a sugarcane mill is a plus. Having the ability to operate a computer and basic software (MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD). Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage.
