Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold administrative initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality. Proactive interaction with management and staff at all levels of the organization to resolve administrative issues. Well-developed computer literacy skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite.
