Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offline Sales (Weddings) professional based in Ubud. The candidate will be responsible for managing wedding-related sales activities, nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting the company's services, and ensuring that clients experience smooth and memorable wedding planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, consulting on customized packages, closing sales opportunities, and coordinating with relevant teams to deliver exceptional service. This role demands a proactive approach to identify new sales opportunities within the destination wedding market.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain strong relationships.

Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify leads and close deals successfully.

Capability to conduct Training and mentoring to guide junior team members or work collaboratively with teams in executing plans.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

Knowledge or background in the hospitality or wedding industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
