Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Cloud Engineer & IT Support

Familiarity/knowledge with cloud services AWS

Proven hands‑on experience with cloud AWS RDS

Understanding of compute (EC2), storage (S3, Blob, Cloud Storage), networking (VPC, Load Balancer)

Has experience in RCA activities on users affecting incidents and implement preventative measures to mitigate issues
