Position Overview We are seeking a skilled

Data Engineer / DBA

with strong expertise in SQL-based production environments and modern cloud data platforms. This role will focus on database optimization, ETL/ELT development, and cloud-based data solution implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing relational databases, building data pipelines, and supporting scalable cloud data architectures.

Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in

SQL

with production database optimization and management experience Experience with

Azure SQL Database

(cloud relational workloads) Proven ability in writing and maintaining

MS SQL stored procedures Proficiency in

Python

for ETL/ELT processes (data cleaning, transformation, and loading) Hands-on experience with

Airflow

for pipeline orchestration and scheduling Experience with

Azure cloud data solutions , including: Data modeling Integrations Cloud migration exposure

Preferred / Good to Have Skills PostgreSQL GCP / BigQuery + Dataform

(data warehouse and modeling) dbt Snowflake Azure Data Factory (ADF) PySpark / Pandas / Delta Lake Power BI / QuickSight

(reporting) MySQL / MS SQL Server
