Responsibilities

Analyze historical shipping data to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommend cost‑saving route adjustments or warehouse distribution shifts.

Collaborate with the operations team to forecast volume surges (e.g., peak seasons) and resource requirements using historical trends and predictive modeling.

Act as the bridge between clients and operations by ensuring data integrity across various platforms like TMS and WMS.

Translate complex logistical datasets into actionable insights for executive leadership to support strategic decision‑making and contract negotiations.

Job Requirements

5-6 years experience in customer acquisition through e‑commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of logistics processes, including supply chain management and last‑mile delivery.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaigns and operations.

Familiarity with platform advertising tools and technologies to drive growth.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
