Factory Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager – PT FUJI SEAT INDONESIA, Depok, West Java, ID Responsibilities

Ensure smooth factory and production operations and drive production efficiency improvements.

Plan and organize maintenance activities for production machinery and factory utilities.

Manage and control the maintenance budget allocated by management.

Evaluate the functionality and condition of machinery and facilities.

Lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.

Collaborate with production or other departments to identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance roles within the food manufacturing industry (FMCG) in a managerial capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Understanding of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, Halal, GMP, ISO 22000).

Familiarity with industry‑specific certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a plus.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar maintenance management systems preferred.
