Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 1 year as a supervisor in a 3-star hotel or equivalent. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality or F&B Capable of leading and training a team, as well as managing daily operations (scheduling, task assignments) Well-versed in F&B procedures, cost control, and hygiene standards Strong knowledge of excellent service standards and menu familiarity Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage) Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and responsible.
