About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical

Quality Assurance Audit Officer

to support the implementation of quality assurance and improvement programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) initiatives

Prepare policies, frameworks, and procedures related to internal audit, external audit, ISO audit, and corporate governance self‑assessment

Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Audit Work Program and QAIP reporting

Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on internal audit implementation aligned with QAIP standards

Support and coordinate audit activities, including internal audit, ISO audit, combined assurance, and governance self‑assessment

Assist in monitoring and reporting audit follow‑up actions from external assessments, including ISO, Risk Management Index, and IT Maturity Index

Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulators

Provide guidance and support to relevant stakeholders in quality assurance and audit processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or related fields

Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit‑related roles will have an advantage

Possess technical competencies in Data Analytics and a strong understanding of audit processes, particularly in financial documents, budget management, audit document management, governance frameworks, and quality assurance standards

Familiarity with ISO standards, Risk Management Index, IT Maturity Index and regulatory compliance is preferred

Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Close attention to detail, integrity, and professional judgment

Strong integrity, detail‑oriented, agile, and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
