is seeking a senior commercial professional to lead and develop our

Healthcare vertical . This role carries full responsibility for expanding our presence within the pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics sector, driving sustainable sector growth, and strengthening long-term market positioning.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on building revenue, cultivating key industry relationships, and positioning M&M Indonesia as a trusted logistics partner within regulated healthcare supply chains.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Healthcare vertical. Drive new business acquisition within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Identify, secure, and expand relationships with manufacturers, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and pricing strategies. Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to ensure service alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics within the healthcare sector. Deliver revenue and profitability targets for the vertical. Provide strategic reporting and market intelligence to senior management.

✅ Requirements Minimum

6-8 years’ experience

in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or specialised logistics business development. Strong understanding of regulated healthcare supply chains and GDP-related standards. Proven track record in building and scaling vertical-focused revenue streams. Experience within freight forwarding or healthcare logistics is required. Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking capability. Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in

English and Bahasa Indonesia , both written and spoken.
