Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Minimum education : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
Proficient in menu planning, inventory control, and food costing
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
