External Relation Manager (Mining Industry) Obtaining permits in accordance with the organization's plans and activities

Develop and execute government affairs strategies to promote our organization's goals and objectives

Monitor legislative and regulatory activities at the local, state, and federal levels, and provide timely updates to direct supervisor

Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other key influencers to advocate for our organization's interests.

Represent our organization at meetings, hearings, and other relevant events to ensure our voice is heard and our concerns are addressed.

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze the impact of proposed regulations and legislation on our organization, and develop appropriate responses and action plans.

Conduct research and analysis on government policies, initiatives, and trends that may impact our organization.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate our organization's positions and priorities to government officials and other stakeholders

Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in government affairs to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines Permit

Must be willing to be placed in Site Office, East Kalimantan with Roster based

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law major and have PERADI license is a MUST

More than 10 years of experience in government relation & permit or working with the ESDM & KLHK (preferably experienced in Coal or Nickle mining industry)

Familiar with Land Acquisition process, coordinating with Stakeholders, Mine Permit, and Preparation of Community Development and Empowerment Program is Mandatory
