Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Art Director Specialist, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Art Director Specialist will lead creative direction, oversee branding and artistic strategies, and execute visual concepts to elevate the company’s image. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams on innovative designs, managing branding guidelines, and delivering compelling visual assets. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing the quality of graphics and designs to align with the brand's identity and values.

Qualifications

Creative Direction and Art Direction experience to develop and implement visually compelling strategies.

Proficiency in Branding and visual storytelling to maintain consistent and impactful brand representation.

Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design to create, edit, and deliver high‑quality visual content.

Strong organizational and project management skills for coordinating multiple design projects.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence in managing tasks.

Familiarity with personal care or beauty products branding is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, or a related field is preferred.
