[INTERNAL HIRING] Early Childhood Principal Indramayu Responsibilities

Lead the consistent implementation of the HighScope approach. Ensure lesson planning, classroom routines, and daily schedules reflect developmentally appropriate practice and HighScope standards. Recruit, onboard, develop, and evaluate teachers and support staff to build a continuous improvement culture. Build strong partnerships with parents through proactive communication and school community events. Collaborate with all departments and external parties to support all ECEP activities effectively. Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree of any major, preferably Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English Linguistics, or other relevant degrees. A master’s degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of HighScope curriculum concept and implementation. Experience as Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP) Teacher in HighScope Indonesia for at least 3 years. Willing to move to Indramayu (accommodation provided). Self-motivated, agile, high influence, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Expected to start

in April for initial training, working arrangement is WFO Monday to Friday in Indramayu (new school unit).
