1.

Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.

2.

Drives revenue by finding new clients, building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales, while also managing existing accounts, exceeding targets, and reporting progress

3.

Provide direct administrative and documentation support for sales marketing team, including Job Order, Work Order to the system (SILOGs).

4.

Manage, organize and archive documents related to payments and department requirements.

5.

Maintain regular communication with customers through email regarding order status, documentation and inquiries.

6.

Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient transactional and operational workflows.

7.

Provide timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.**Qualifications**

1.

A minimum Bachelor’s Degree

2.

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.

3.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4.

Familiarity with logistics operations, freight forwarding, and transportation services is a plus

5.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

7.
