Job Description
Overall Responsibilities
Drive total area sales turnover to achieve monthly and yearly targets for all product categories.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in both traditional wholesalers and modern retail chains.
Manage and optimize the Trade Promotion budget to ensure high ROI for both GT and MT channels.
Modern Trade (MT) Operational Excellence
Oversee MT operations, including stock management, shelf space negotiation, and ensuring 100% "Must Stock List" (MSL) compliance at the store level.
Maintain strong relationships with local/regional Key Accounts messaging is prominently displayed via POS Materials.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Merchandisers (MD) and SPGs to ensure superior in-store execution and brand visibility.
General Trade (GT) & Distribution Management
Manage distributor performance to ensure wide and deep distribution across traditional outlets, markets, and local groceries.
Implement effective "Route to Market" (RTM) strategies to increase the number of Active Outlets (OA) and effective calls.
Ensure product availability and prevent "Out of Stock" (OOS) situations across the wholesaler network.
Brand Presence & POSM Execution
Ensure consistent brand presence and POSM execution across all channels.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage cross‑functional teams within GT and MT.
Requirements
Ability to write and speak in English.
Proven experience handling Hybrid Channels (GT & MT) in the FMCG industry (Home Care/Detergent experience is a plus), minimum 2‑4 years.
Strong understanding of MT operational standards (Trading Terms, Listing, Merchandising) and GT distribution dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Has good networking with local reputable FMCG Distributors Owner, especially Detergent/Laundry Distributor.
