Job Description

Merchant Success Specialist (Jakarta / Bali) Ensure merchants within the assigned area are properly set up for payment acceptance & verification, including QR codes, POS devices, and terminals.

Conduct regular checks in key business districts and industry segments to improve payment success rates and usage frequency.

Collect and report issues faced by merchants in payment acceptance, and coordinate with technical or operations teams for resolution.

Provide merchants with basic training on payment processes to improve proficiency and engagement.

Assist the BD team in supporting payment projects with local merchant and key account partners management such as payment acceptance, campaign activation, on-going operational support.

Resources Alignment Coordinate with cross-functional team to manage partnership relationships, execute projects, construct/improve our delivery platforms and ensure full risk & regulatory compliance. Collaborate efforts with growth team in order to achieve high performances and innovation development of solutions/campaigns for our partners.

Manage payment-related materials such as QR stands, POS devices, stickers, and promotional items, including request, distribution, placement, and inventory tracking.

Ensure proper deployment of materials in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements, and monitor their actual effectiveness.

Business Acumen Track & record merchant payment acceptance data, monitor transaction success rates, identify irregularities, and drive timely resolutions.

Provide regular market feedback to support headquarters in promotions, campaigns, and payment optimization strategies.

Have entrepreneurial spirit at heart and have the ability to work under constant changing environments and keep enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. Demonstrate successful drive for growth by keeping up to date with new technology solutions, competitive development and landscape and how to leverage company's ecosystem to win over competitions.

Requirements Diploma or above, any major. Experience (min 1-3 years) in payments, FMCG, or O2O industries is a plus.

Proficient in English and Chinese speaking in daily work; excellent cross-cultural communication skills (Team lead must be able to communicate fluently in English, for Payment Exec – this is a secondary requirement).

Familiar with offline merchant ecosystems and basic understanding of payment industry (acquiring, QR payments, QRIS, etc.).

Strong communication and relationship management skills with merchants and partners.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and opportunities from transaction performance.

Willingness to work in the field and travel when required, with strong execution capability and sense of responsibility.
