On behalf of our client, a well‑established building materials manufacturing company specializing in metal roofing, wall cladding, steel structures, and construction material solutions, we are currently seeking an
HR Manager / Assistant Manager HRGA
to lead end‑to‑end Human Resources and General Affairs operations for their factory and warehouse facilities in North Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle for blue‑collar workers, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Execute manpower planning and workforce optimization across factory and warehouse operations
Oversee contract and permanent employee transitions, workforce restructuring, and seasonal workforce adjustments
Handle industrial relations matters, including union negotiations and government labor inspections
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS administration, and employee benefits
Design and manage compensation and benefits structures for blue‑collar employees
Oversee payroll processing and conduct salary benchmarking for industrial staff
Administer HRIS systems covering attendance, leave management, and workforce data
Supervise general affairs operations, including security, canteen, uniforms, transportation, and facility maintenance
Coordinate warehouse safety protocols and workforce transportation arrangements
Maintain industrial harmony through grievance handling and conflict resolution
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or Assistant Manager HRGA role
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in building materials or construction materials
Strong experience managing a large blue‑collar workforce in factory and warehouse environments
Solid knowledge of industrial relations and Indonesian labor law compliance
Strong understanding of BPJS regulations and payroll administration
Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end HR operations (recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, and general affairs)
Willing to be based in North Jakarta
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Professional HR certification is an advantage
Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
