Job Description
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Organizational Development & Talent Management (preferably from IT Services / Internet Service Provider industry).
Strong understanding of organization design, job analysis & evaluation, job grading, and talent management, supported by strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in English (written and spoken), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Visio/diagram.io (Adobe Illustrator is a plus).
SHRM-CP/PHR or Certified Human Capital Professional (CHCP) certification is an advantage.
Job Descriptions
Conduct organizational analysis to support effective organization design and structure alignment.
Develop and manage job analysis, job evaluation, grading, and workload standards.
Develop competency profiles and conduct competency assessments.
Manage employee movement processes (promotion, mutation, demotion) and contract evaluations.
Ensure proper documentation of organizational structure and related HR development frameworks.
