Accounting and Consolidation Manager

We are looking for an experienced

Accounting & Consolidation Manager

to lead our accounting operations, financial consolidation, and statutory reporting processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements, timely group consolidation, and full compliance with OJK regulations.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Tbk (public) companies, quarterly OJK submissions, and managing both internal and external audit processes. Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations: Lead and oversee daily, monthly, and year-end accounting activities. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK and company policies. Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and closing adjustments.

Consolidation Management: Manage end‑to‑end financial consolidation for multiple entities within the group. Ensure consolidation aligns with PSAK, group policies, and public company reporting standards. Review consolidated financial statements and coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of reports.

OJK Reporting (Public Company Requirement): Prepare and submit

Quarterly and Annual Reports

to OJK on schedule. Ensure compliance with OJK, IDX, and other public company reporting requirements. Coordinate with Corporate Secretary, Legal, and other relevant teams for complete disclosure.

Audit Management: Lead and manage

internal audit and external audit

activities. Prepare audit schedules, ensure completeness of audit documents, and facilitate audit queries. Drive timely audit closure and ensure findings are addressed and implemented.

Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, public company standards, and internal controls. Lead continuous improvement of accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and consolidation efficiency. Supervise and mentor accounting teams. Provide guidance on accounting treatment, consolidation processes, and reporting standards. Build capability and maintain strong collaboration across finance teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

CPA/CA preferred . Minimum

7–10 years of experience

in accounting. Mandatory experience working in a Tbk (public) company . Proven experience in

financial consolidation

for multi-entity groups . Hands-on experience preparing

quarterly reports for OJK . Strong experience handling

internal and external auditors . Excellent knowledge of PSAK and public company reporting standards. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and coordination skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in English is a must.
