The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The role maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interview, placement)

Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Monitor job analysis & work load analysis process

Maintain payroll and benefits program

Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law or any relevant major

Excellent knowledge in HRGA roles (Recruitment/HRIS/Comben/PD/HRBP/IR/GA) and experience handling within a large team

At least 5 years experience as HRGA Manager in the retail industry with company size more than 1,000 employees

Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company

Good communication skills in English is a must; Mandarin is an advantage

Having good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic and analytical thinking

Ready for business travel if the company needs
