Key Responsibilities Oversee daily reservations and e-commerce operations to support revenue performance, including bookings, cancellations, no shows, and room blocks Coordinate with sales to optimize room inventory during demand fluctuations Maintain OTA content, rate parity, and distribution accuracy Ensure data accuracy across PMS, channel manager, and booking engine systems

Key Skills Strong understanding of reservations systems and online distribution Detail-oriented with an analytical and service-driven mindset Confident in OTA management, audits, and reporting Calm, organized, and effective in fast=paced environments A collaborative team player with strong coordination skills
