As a Supply Chain Admin , you will support supply chain and store operations by analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating stock availability across warehouses and retail stores. Your role will focus on ensuring the right products are available in the right stores at the right time to support daily retail operations and sales performance.

What We’ll Work on Together

Analyze sales and marketing data to support weekly product demand forecasting and stock planning for retail stores.

Coordinate with Store Operations teams to ensure product availability and proper stock allocation across stores.

Monitor inventory health and Day of Inventory (DOI) , including normal, aging, defective, and expired stock.

Plan and coordinate stock movement between warehouses and stores to maintain ideal inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstock.

Arrange and monitor transportation and logistics activities for inbound and outbound stock movement.

Track and monitor inventory flow across the supply chain network (warehouse – store).

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports related to inventory status, stock movement, and demand forecasting.

Conduct stock reconciliation by comparing stock movement records with Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields with minimum GPA 3.00 .

1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or retail operations; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of retail supply chain processes , especially store replenishment and inventory planning.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills .

Good communication skills to collaborate with store operations, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders .

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple operational priorities.
