Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus Job Responsibilities

Develop innovative sweet flavor formulations based on consumer insights and evolving market demands. Optimize existing flavor recipes to enhance sensory performance, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Participate in trend analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for flavor innovation and product differentiation. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to support a seamless development-to-launch process. Maintain and manage laboratory operations, ensuring safety, equipment readiness, and adherence to internal protocols. Conduct consumer testing and sensory evaluations, making iterative improvements based on feedback to meet market expectations. Job Requirements

At least Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sweet flavor development or a related field within the F&B industry. Solid understanding of sweet flavor ingredients, flavor chemistry, and regulatory requirements. Expertise in sweeteners (natural and artificial), sugars, and their application interactions.
