About The Role: Chief security : Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and property also hotel environment Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Executive Secretary: Provides administrative support to General Manager. Ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions. Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hardcopies as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval; ensures all files are kept up-to-date at all times.

Skills & Experience: Chief security : Proven experience as a Chief Security or similar managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Relevant certifications (e.g., Gada Utama, Safety K3 etc.) are a plus. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures, as well as surveillance and emergency response systems.

Executive Secretary: 1-2 years of experience in internal and external communication and public relations management. Effective communication, relationship development skills, strong representation skills.
