We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lubricants Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Lubricants Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality lubricant products to a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' activities.
Present and promote our lubricant products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer retention.
Territory Management:
Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends, customer profiles, and potential growth areas.
Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective product delivery.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates, using the company's CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and stay competitive.
Job Qualifications: Knowledge, skills, and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Proven track record of success in lubricants sales or a similar field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.
