Job Description
Manage overall HR functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and HR Administration
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, offering, onboarding)
Develop and implement HR policies, SOP, and company regulations
Manage employee performance evaluation and development programs
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with Indonesia Labor Law and government regulations
Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and HR data analysis
Foreign staff & Immigration Handling (Without Agent) (IMTA, RPTKA, ITAS, SKTT) and Business Visa, Multientry, The Multiple Entry Visa
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as HR Generalist / HR Manager
Fluent in
English (spoken & written)
is mandatory
Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
Strong knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law & foreign staff regulations
Proven experience handling foreign staff permits
without agent
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
