Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead category performance analysis, driving revenue growth and margin improvement through data-backed commercial recommendations.
Partner closely with suppliers to align on assortment planning, capacity planning, commercial terms, and joint growth initiatives.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies, including assortment optimization, pricing structure, margin tracking, and demand forecasting.
Drive initiatives to improve category reliability by monitoring product availability, quality performance, and supplier service levels.
Oversee end-to-end supply planning for the category, balancing inventory efficiency, cost control, and service performance targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
3–6 years of experience in commercial, merchandising, revenue management, category, or business analysis roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, margin, and inventory data to support decision-making.
Experience working with suppliers or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); familiarity with BI tools, SQL, and ERP systems is a plus.
Understanding of merchandising fundamentals, including assortment planning, pricing, and demand forecasting.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
