Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of housekeeping leader experience in a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or villa operation Prior supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and eye for presentation and cleanliness Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in basic computer applications and housekeeping systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, RoomRaccoon, Cloudbeds) Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of villa housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, and turn-down service Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
