Requirements

Experience working with strategic sourcing ( MRO & CAPEX ), leading the end-to-end sourcing process, from early supplier engagement through negotiation and ongoing performance.

Purchasing mastery & deep understanding of cost drivers and cost models; analytical ability to connect this to favorable financial terms.

Proven performance history of delivery of procurement processes with a knowledge of current best practices.

Ability to build and sustain relationships - demonstrated ability to lead high-level interactions with internal business partners, suppliers, and working effectively across.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - demonstrating ability to balance strategic and tactical business skills.

Must be comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using data to influence business decisions.
