Procurement Specialist Support Office, East Jakarta

At FDC Dental Clinic, procurement is not just about buying things. It is about making sure every clinic runs smoothly with the right support, at the right time, and with the right quality.

What you will do • Analyze and define product or service specifications based on operational needs • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors or suppliers to achieve the best quality and pricing • Handle end to end procurement processes in line with company policies • Monitor ordering, delivery, and receipt of goods and services • Evaluate and continuously improve procurement processes

What we are looking for • Bachelor’s degree in any major • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement of goods or services • Good understanding of planning, procurement, and inventory or service management • Comfortable using Google Workspace in daily work • Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis and budgeting • Willing to work Monday to Saturday at East Jakarta
