Operation Service Manager (Jakarta Branch)

PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operation Service Manager to join their team in the South Jakarta Jakarta location. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and managing the service delivery at the Jakarta branch.

What you’ll be doing

Conduct people management task for Head Service, CS and Teller under his/her supervision, covering administration, interview, recruitment, development, coaching and appraisal including reward and punishment.

Ensure all transactions run smoothly to manage the operational risk, including fraud mitigation and transaction error.

Ensure all transactions are in accordance with P & P and any regulation (BI, OJK & Government).

Ensure the correctness of report and timely report submission to internal and external parties.

Control the sub‑branch cost & expenses related with branch operation.

Control overall branch operational transaction volume and productivity.

Deliver service quality to internal and external customers.

Work closely with related parties (Branch Manager, Business Unit & other support unit) in the bank to support branch operational and other related activities.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of banking operations, including cash management, customer service, and transaction processing.

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve operational excellence.

Proficient in financial analysis and performance reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
