We are a fast-growing industrial packaging manufacturer serving nationwide markets across:
Feedmills & animal feed industry
Fertilizer & agrochemical
Agricultural commodities
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales with strong national network and proven B2B track record.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales strategy for PP woven bags
Manage and grow key B2B accounts
Build and expand distribution channels: Distributors, Agents, Wholesalers
Build strong relationships with key decision makers
Achieve sales volume, revenue, and margin targets
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
Prepare sales forecast and project pipeline
Coordinate with production, PPIC, and logistics for supply reliability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing / Management / Industrial Engineering preferred)
Minimum 7–10 years of B2B sales experience
Industry experience: PP woven bags / industrial packaging / flexible packaging or related
Experience in commodities or building materials
Proven track record in handling nationwide market
Strong understanding of: Distribution management, Key account management, Project-based sales
Target-driven and KPI-oriented
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
Plus Points
Experience working in a principal / manufacturing company
Experience in opening new markets from scratch
Having a national customer database
Strong knowledge in pricing strategy & cost structure
