This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Staff located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Customer Relation Staff will be responsible for conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and contributing to sales-related strategies. Daily tasks may involve coordinating with team members, analyzing market trends, and ensuring marketing goals are achieved effectively.
Qualifications :
Skills in Market Research and Marketing to identify opportunities and strategize campaigns
Strong Communication skills for internal collaboration and customer interaction
Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage and optimize digital presence
Basic knowledge of Sales to support marketing alignment with business objectives
Good analytical thinking and organizational skills
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
