Project & Procurement Manager (Central Jakarta)

Acer Indonesia is looking for

Project & Procurement Manager

to join our team.

Responsibilities

Receive requests from other departments.

Source quotations from existing or new vendors and negotiate when necessary.

Provide related departments with information on pricing, stock availability, and lead time to facilitate Purchase Request (PR) creation.

Create and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) for both Admin Purchase Orders (APO) and Procurement Purchase Orders (PPO) after PR approval.

Prepare procurement reports, including outstanding POs, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

Manage procurement‑related projects as assigned.

Resolve procurement issues promptly and effectively.

Pitch and manage marketing and carry bag vendors.

Establish performance metrics (KPIs), monitor team performance results, and conduct mentoring sessions.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Minimum 7 years' experience in handling procurement and project.

Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial level.

Having high integrity and attention to detail.

Good negotiation and communication skills.
