Job Overview Leads strategic solution and collaboration initiatives across the Corporate Banking Division to accelerate cross–line‑of‑business (LOB) synergy and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Consolidates collaboration functions within each LOB and drives the replication of successful cases across other business areas to maximize effectiveness and outcomes. Facilitates the transfer of knowledge and expertise related to collaborative business models from SMBC Japan, as well as solution‑based practices from SMBC APAC and Japan. Leverages extensive experience in managing cross‑functional collaboration initiatives, including supply chain finance programs for Business Banking in partnership with the Wholesale Banking Group and Corporate Banking Japanese, as well as Office‑to‑Office collaboration with SMBC Japan.

Job Qualifications Minimum Bachelor degree in any Major Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking industry and related fields Strong network within SMBC Indonesia and the SMBC Group Experience in managing strategic projects Excellent English proficiency Japanese speaker
