Assistant Store Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

We are currently launching a new

flagship curated lifestyle store

in Jakarta and need a hands-on leader to drive operations.

Role You will assist the Store Manager in driving daily operations, team performance, and operational excellence for our new flagship location.

Core Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of operational retail experience

(Management level). Language:

Full

Mandarin fluency

(spoken and written) is non-negotiable. Skillset:

Strong grasp of inventory management, staff training, KPI tracking, and P&L control. Mindset:

Result-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing high-traffic flagship operations.
