PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk ("CCB Indonesia") is a Commercial Foreign Exchange Bank listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The bank was formed from the merger of PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk and PT Bank Antardaerah on November 30, 2016, and operates 112 offices across Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar Bali, Mataram Lombok, Palembang, Bandar Lampung, Batam, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Makassar and Pangkal Pinang. CCB Indonesia will soon provide nationwide coverage. While previously focused on small and medium enterprises, the bank is expanding into Corporate Banking with large Indonesian corporations, Chinese enterprises, financial institutions, mortgage loans, and aims to become the market maker of RMB business in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 5 years in AML/CFT compliance, with policy development experience.

Strong knowledge of FATF recommendations, local regulations (POJK, PBI for Indonesia), and international AML standards.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and update AML policies and procedures.

Translate regulatory requirements into operational guidance.

Design and maintain the AML compliance framework.

Coordinate policy implementation across business units.

Conduct periodic policy effectiveness assessments.
