Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Consultant for Dynamic 365 (Sales and Customer Service), you will have the following key responsibilities:
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within Dynamics 365.
Design, develop, and implement customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Dynamics 365 best practices and solution design.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations and customizations.
Perform data migration and integration tasks between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates, and share knowledge with the team.
Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:
At least 4 years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and development.
Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
Experience with data migration and integration tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are considered a plus:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience with Power Platform components, such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
Knowledge of related Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and SQL Server.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
