Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Some work from home is acceptable. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting clients in understanding their insurance needs. The role includes educating clients on policy options, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage Knowledge of Finance and Insurance principles Strong Customer Service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools Previous experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
