Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:**1. Operational Excellence & Scheduling*** Manage daily schedules for vessels/barges to minimize demurrage and maximize jetty occupancy.* Supervise the transfer of liquid products via pipelines and dry cargo via conveyors or cranes, ensuring zero contamination.* Coordinate closely with the Production and Logistics teams to align jetty activities with refinery outputs and storage tank availability.**2. Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)*** Enforce strict adherence to **ISPS Code** (International Ship and Port Facility Security) and safety protocols.* Monitor weather conditions and tidal movements to ensure safe mooring and cargo operations.* Oversee spill prevention measures and maintain emergency response readiness for any maritime incidents.**3. Quality & Quantity Assurance*** Ensure accurate gauging, sampling, and weight bridge measurements for all incoming/outgoing cargo.* Collaborate with surveyors and ship masters to resolve any quantity discrepancies ($G/R$ or $B/L$ variances).**4. Team & Contractor Management*** Lead and train a team of Jetty Supervisors and Operators across multiple shifts.* Manage third-party contractors, including stevedores, tugboat services, and mooring crews.**5. Documentation & Compliance*** Ensure all port clearances, pumping logs, and shipping documents are processed accurately and on time.* Liaise with Port Authorities (KSOP), Customs, and Immigration to ensure smooth vessel clearance.******Required Qualifications*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Port Management, or Marine Engineering. A Marine Officer certification (ANT II or III) is a strong plus.* **Experience:** Minimum 5–8 years in port/jetty operations, specifically handling **Liquid Bulk (Palm Oil/Chemicals)** and **Dry Bulk**.* **Technical Skills:** Deep understanding of pump operations, pipeline manifolds, and bulk loading systems.* **Knowledge:** Familiarity with ISPS, MARPOL, and Indonesian maritime laws.* **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving skills in a 24/7 operational environment.**Disclaimer:**When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
